Kathy and I are writing to you to thank you so much for everything that you did for us at Sean and Kelley’s wedding. In every aspect of your job you went above and beyond the call of duty, and always in a professional, very friendly manner. You were the ultimate problem solver… for the Friday night celebration that Kathy and I planned to host at Commons Beach in Tahoe City, you saved the day for us with the provision of a wonderful reception space at the very last minute, as the thunder storms had made it impossible for us to have the planned outside event. In about an hour you configured the space for a great reception. You couldn’t have been more kind, accommodating, and considerate. And, in the next day or so, you spoke with the city about our reservation and they agreed to refund the total amount. What a totally unexpected surprise! You were the consummate professional with a very personal demeanor, and you were never flustered.

I hope you understand how much you helped to make Sean and Kelley’s wedding the very special event that we all hoped it would be. Kathy and I thank you ever so much.
