Premier Coordination
Need help from start to finish? We will help you find a ceremony and reception venue, recommend and book all of your vendors, organize all of the details, determine and produce your vision, and ensure a stress-free planning process and wedding day. Premier Coordination includes:
Prior to the Wedding
» Assistance in seeking the ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner venue
» Create & monitor budget
» Recommendation of special event professionals
» Unlimited phone calls, emails, and meetings
» Determine and produce vision
» Design the theme, decor, and colors for all aspects of the wedding
» …and assist with any and all other details
Week of the Wedding
» Meet with bride & groom to review all details and collect accessories
» Coordinate and orchestrate the rehearsal ceremony and dinner
» Available to assist with any issues, concerns, tasks, etc.
During the Wedding
» Setup décor and wedding accessories
» Work with all vendors to ensure timeline and Client’s wishes are followed
» Facilitate flow and guide guests
» Work with banquet staff throughout the event to ensure all issues are adhered to and the event takes place as planned
After the Wedding
» Coordinate farewell brunch
» Setup flowers, programs, guest book, and other accessories at the brunch
» Deliver remaining wedding accessories to bride and groom
Partial Coordination
Recognize the need for a day-of coordinator, but need a little extra help with communicating with vendors, determining your vision, and assistance with various details. You can call, email, and meet with us anytime prior to your wedding. Partial Coordination includes:

» Available via email, phone, and in person to provide professional advice and assist with any tasks, concerns, and issues
Week of the Wedding
» Meet with bride & groom to review all details and collect accessories

» Available to assist with any issues, concerns, tasks, etc.
