We have access to several private estates for couples interested in a truly unique event space. Over the years we have established relationships with the homeowners and are able to offer some of these estates exclusively to our clients.
Belleview
This truly one-of-a-kind estate is located in Homewood and offers a large beach, grassy lawn, pier, and incredible views of Lake Tahoe. Belleview can accommodate up to 100 guests. Additional fees can provide lodging for up to 12 guests in three main structures: The Main House, The Guest House, and the Studio.
Big Chief Lodge
Located near Squaw Valley on the banks of the Truckee River. The secluded ceremony space is in an adjoining meadow with gorgeous views of the mountains and the river. The expansive lawn and patio provide for ample space for up to 150 guests to dine and dance under the stars.
Dancing Pines
This secluded twenty-acre property sits onthe banks of the Little Truckee River and can host up to 150 guests.
Full-day site rentals allow clients to enjoy the property throughout the day and at their convenience. And the site's simplicity and focus on the natural surroundings allow for complete creative freedom to achieve your vision.
Gold Coast Estate
This incredible lake front estate is off the beaten path in Rubicon Bay, and offers a white sand beach, a meandering lawn and a shady forest area for up to 175 guests. The 1/4 mile private entrance and 200' sandy beach create the ultimate backdrop for a Lakefront Wedding.
Lake Front Cottage
This charming cottage on the west shore of Lake Tahoe includes a huge lawn that can accommodate up to 150 guests. Located close to Tahoe City and boutique lodging options, it's perfectly situated in the bustling area of the west shore.

Rocky Pines
This West Shore estate sits on a rocky beach with towering pines creating an intimate canopy around the grassy lawn. The private pier stretches into the deep waters allowing for boat arrivals and a killer spot for sunset pics. The garden can host up to 150 guests for an event.
Olympic Valley Stables
The Stables offer a rustic blank canvas for an incredible celebration for up to 250 people. The property is situated in the heart of Squaw Valley and is encapsulated by views of the sprawling mountains and peaks. Several lodging options are within 1 - 2 miles, making this very convenient for transportation and a quick jaunt to after party venues.
The Boca Estate
The Boca Estate sits on a towering hill overlooking the majestic Truckee meadows and downtown Truckee. The private estate boasts scenic views and can accommodate up to 12 guests with an additional rental. This space can host up to 175 guests for an event.
